She has spent the past five years working in food and wellness communications, primarily in public relations roles for food and health brands. Her writing focuses on women’s health, gut health, and mental health.

Helena is a Certified Public Nutritionist accredited by the Chinese Nutrition Society (CNS) and she has earned a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Engineering from Shanghai University. She is particularly interested in the relationship between diet, digestion, and mental health, and how food choices can support long-term well-being for women.

In her free time, she enjoys surfing, bouldering, and creating oil pastel artwork.
