Delete your Balloon account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Balloon and sign in to your account.
2. Select Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete account.
4. Review the warning, then select Delete account to confirm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@balloonapps.co from the email address connected to your Balloon account. Use the subject Delete my Balloon account and tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted.

Do not send your password or health records. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your Balloon profile and associated app data from our active systems, including your bowel-movement logs, symptoms, notes, photos, massage records, generated reports and exports, notification tokens, and account credentials.

Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until those backups are deleted through their normal lifecycle. Retained information is not kept for continued use of your Balloon account.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can edit or delete individual bowel-movement entries in the app and keep your Balloon account. For help deleting another specific category of data, email info@balloonapps.co from the email address connected to your account. Tell us which data you want deleted, but do not include your password or health records in the email.
