Medication tracking, fiber integration and more updates in Balloon

The biggest update is the new Habits tab! You can now see how different habits correlate with your gut health - for better or for worse. The more consistently you log, the clearer and more confident your insights become.

Fiber tracking now syncs with Apple Health! If you log food in another nutrition app, your fiber intake can appear automatically in Balloon. You can also choose to continue logging fiber in Balloon and have it written to Apple Health.

We added a built-in timer! Start it in the app and it will show directly on your lockscreen - so you can... stayed focused until the job is done.

Medication (or supplement) tracking is finally here! This has been one of the most requested features - We took our time building it so it’s simple and intuitive to log, but still insightful for understanding how it may impact your gut health.

PDF reports got a new look! If you’re visiting your doctor, we’ve prepared these beautifully designed PDF reports with your gut health summary and detailed poop logs, including size, color, and any notes you added, so everything is super easy to share.

Food logging just got even easier! With one tap, you can now quickly add your recent meals.

Prefer to log a meal manually and skip AI analysis? You can now switch to manual mode for more precise logging.

Export all your poop and food logs anytime! You can now bulk download your data in a CSV file with all the attributes.

Did a belly massage on your own instead of following the guided session? No worries! You can now log it manually.
